TTTech announced a comprehensive TSN solution for the industrial automation market at SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg.
TTTech is collaborating with Intel on the solution, which combines a high-performant Intel SoC FPGA platform with best-in-class TSN Ethernet IP from TTTech, along with embedded software and drivers. The offering is designed to enable rapid development of TSN-enabled endpoint or switch devices for use in discrete manufacturing, process automation and energy management applications.
Critical systems in industrial automation will benefit from improved data access, ease of use and network flexibility. Device manufacturers are now able to integrate TSN functionality into their products with lower development costs and reduced time-to-market with the comprehensive solution from TTTech and Intel.
